Cancelling your order

If you change your mind about wanting any items within seven days of placing your order (or seven days after delivery has been made), you can cancel your order, send the items back and get a refund for any monies paid.

In these circumstances, you will be required to pay for the cost of returning the items, but please remember that you must take reasonable care of the items you are returning.

If, however, the goods ordered are non-standard, i.e. bespoke or built to order, then we cannot accept order cancellations.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the item being returned to us. Carriage costs will not be refunded on unwanted items.

Damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery and preferably signed for as damaged with the courier on receipt of the goods. Damaged goods can only be returned or refunded within 7 working days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund the items must be unopened or unused in any way at all; if returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, the refund will not be available.

Please remember to obtain proof of carriage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We will refund your money (less any carriage charges) within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
